I needed a lifestyle change when I came to Kyler. His commitment to make this a long-term change for me was what I needed. The exercise demo videos on his app are the most essential part. I wouldn’t have lasted without being able to see how the actual workout is supposed to be done. He Teached me to not be afraid of the machines or going heavier in weight. I learned to track my macros, eat healthier and live., I learned how to use the gym & the machines without being afraid of looking dumb and I lost 35 lb during the program. I had zero weight training experience and wanted to expand from my cardio addiction. My sister trained with Kyler and I trust her judgment. He was professional, extremely patient and VERY knowledgeable. The M3 Fitness app was a great way to stay on track when working out on my own.. The exercise demo videos were great for me because I was so new to weight training and I needed to watch them. He changed my experience and view on exercising and weight training. Kyler genuinely cares about his clients as real people and cares about the results. His education on a fit lifestyle helped the most to improve more,, without this I would have 100% been injured from an long distance running injury again. I had accountability with something besides cardio and a balance with new, safe exercises. It was important to me to feel 100% comfortable regardless of what level I came in at, it was beyond just about getting ‘stronger’ but breaking away from an exhausting life of logging hours of cardio, that didn’t work. He taught me balance and gave knowledge to do it on my own. This was so worth it and I would stress to females that Kyler is 100% professional. Unfortunately this is not easy to find.
I came to Kyler to get back into a work out routine, with a weight loss goal, and to feel more confident about myself. Kyler is a very positive, open minded person. His energy is contagious and he’s dedicated to what he does in helping his clients achieve their goals. His attitude is something special. Kyler helped keep my accountable through his workout program and nutrition apps online programs. If I had any obstacles with the meal plan, he was able to adjust to my needs to make it a realistic and maintainable plan for me. With a busy work life, the program adjustments we’re a big deal. The app is great, user friendly and tells you exactly what you need to do. The demo videos are really great if you’re not used to using particular gym equipment, or comfortable with some exercises. Kyler has a very positive outlook and is easy to talk to as a coach. If I ever felt down or fell off track, instead of making me feel guilty, he helped me get back on track and continue towards my goal. I am getting back in shape, I have more energy, I’m mentally focused at work, and I’ve lost 11 pounds already. I feel more confident and in control of my health. I’m sleeping a lot better, have more energy, and am more mentally focused. I’ve began feeling like I can achieve my goals, and feeling more confident about myself. My stress level is lessened, I’ve lost weight, and I have more energy. I would tell my friend that Kyler is truly dedicated to helping you reach your goals. You’re in constant communication with him and he designed his programs based on your fitness level, goals, and even work schedule. I honestly think some people are intimidated to look into getting a personal trainer and with Kyler there is no need to feel that way. He’s down to earth, and can literally help you at any fitness level you are currently at.
I was looking to improve my health and find myself. A friend of mine referred me to him and he seemed like a genuine trainer. He motivated me and set me up with a great workout plan and nutrition plan. The workouts included and videos available to look at to see good form. When I joined Kylers program I had recently gotten out of a toxic relationship and was really down on myself about my body and health. His motivation was important to get me where I wanted to be and help me the most. The diet and exercise plans he made for me really helped me keep my goals in line, when it came to reaching them The videos on the app made my workouts much easier without knowing what exactly to do in the gym before this I had barely any experience with the gym outside of cardio equipment. The way my whole workout was already planned for me made my gym going much more efficient. Kyler gave someTough love, haha,. Kyler always knew just what to say to keep me motivated. Even if it hurt a little I know that he just wants what’s best for me and my goals. He really changed my mental outlook on a lot of things in life outside of fitness as well. I came to Kyler to lose fat and put on lean muscle. I chose him from his aesthetic look and taking his group fitness classes let me experience him before I committed. Also, his attitude was something special. His Positive reinforcement and clear cut reminders when I was slipping up or slacking made the difference for me. Phone calls were a big help, too, he made the time for me and listened to me. His programs gave me more versatility in my workout routine, than I’ve ever had. His constant positive reinforcement and a focus on goals over excuses or setbacks made it possible. I learned positive self-talk, gained lean muscle mass, became much smarter with my training. Muscle gain and fat loss. Someone that I knew was working with Kyler and I watched an insane transformation with her so I knew he was the real deal. Kyler does so much more than just offer personal training in the gym. His program includes tailored meal prep which is just as, if not more, important than the gym sessions. He teaches you your specifics so you can learn what will work the best for your body. On top of that, every week there is an online check-in where he sees how your progressing so he can adjust the plan each week if needed. I’ve worked with other trainers who do not put in half of the effort that Kyler puts in. The plan has a well rounded approach that focuses on everything that could potentially affect your goals ie. stress, meals, exercise, and sleep, that way he can help you reach and maintain your goals. I like the app for days that we don’t train together because even if I only see him 3x a week I’m still getting trained by him 6x a week. He hand selects workouts and time intervals to complete them in so that everything is still tailored to your fitness goals and the workouts are still very challenging even whenever he is not there with you. You can log what you did with what weight and he can see your profile through his app to monitor how you’re doing on your own. And if you don’t know what a workout is there is always a demonstration video. I also liked that he could add in notes to make it specific like “using a band” or “go heavy”. What makes Kyler different is how much he actually cares about his clients. Not only does it show with how much thought he put into designing the program with custom apps, but also on a daily basis. He cares to know what is going on in your personal life because mental health affects physical health. Whether you need him as a mentor, life coach, friend or someone to laugh at to make your day better he’s got you covered. Kyler is a go-go-go person that never gives up, so it’s very motivating to have someone like him around to keep you inspired yourself. Shape change and fat loss. But I think the most important result was my mindset and the realization that every day counts. And to change your body takes time, dedication, and specifics. When I follow my specific plan I see results within that same week. The results are easy as listening to your coach. It all boils down to will-power and dedication. Kylers program helped add the structure I needed to be more productive in my personal life too. Before Kyler I was struggling to wake up early in the mornings and get my workouts out of the way. But with him to hold me accountable I’ve trained my body to want to be finished with my workouts by 11 AM. Learning how timing during workouts affects them. And learning my specific macro plan. I wake up earlier. I drink alcohol less often. I’m more aware of how my everyday choices impact my results. I don’t quit when I encounter a bump in the road. I’ve gained so much knowledge about nutrition. And I understand that changes don’t happen over night so I’m much less discouraged when I don’t see things change as rapidly as I want them to. Do it.
I was looking to get in shape, gain back confidence, lose body fat and grow muscle. I met kyler back in college 5 years ago, following his journey ever since,. He was killing it and I wanted to work with someone that I knew personally when it came to getting myself back to where I wanted to be. I knew he was the best option. He gave me a meal plan that was super simple to follow and workout plans that started me out easy and progressively got more intense and I started to enjoy the gym again more and more. He’s been a friend on the tough days too. Physically I’ve lost weight plus I see a difference in muscle development I had never achieved before. Mentally/emotionally I’m more confident than ever. I see what I’m capable of and how much I’ve achieved with him that I know I can keep going down this right path for myself. I’ve found a routine that works for me! I love the gym and feel confident to push myself on my own with the right knowledge on how to get better results. Kyler went above and beyond to help me with nutrition and certain food sensitivities that I have. He took the time to research and find a meal plan that has me feeling better than ever. His enthusiasm and passion are contagious! He genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to succeed and be able to continue to grow even after their program with him. I’m back on track with taking care of myself, but I have even more knowledge than before. I’ve experienced results I never saw from other programs which motivates me so much more. Seriously do it! You get a coach, a friend, a motivator and results. Plus he’s got some killer dance moves to keep you entertained if you meet him. He tailors the program to you and your needs, what’s realistic in your life and keeps you motivated throughout the journey to improve yourself physically and mentally.
I came to Kyler looking for a body image change and ended up with physical, mental, and lifestyle change that impacted my life more positively than I could have possibly imagined! Kyler immediately struck me as a “no BS” kind of coach when I initially met him at Camp Tampa, where he did group classes. Because I loved the vigor of his classes so much, I reached out about personal online coaching. I knew immediately he’d push me and get me to where I wanted to be. Everything he did was above and beyond.. Kyler always made himself available to me when I had questions or doubts. He was literally there every step of the way- keeping me on track physically and mentally! I liked that the programs on the app kept me on track with my food because that was the hardest part for me at first. Nutrition isn’t for sissies y’all. Kyler totally changed my life- sounds dramatic- I know. But it’s true! I live a completely different life now than I did a year ago all because of him. He motivated me, listened to me, and tailored my program around my progress or lack there of at times. He truly taught me how to be strong enough to change my life to get myself to my goals! I came to kyler needing to find a way to accomplish my physical goal. I saw some coworkers who were working with him and how mentally and physically changed they were after their experience with Kyler. After seeing that I was sold. He changed my life mentally and physically. It’s almost unexplainable but I’m completely different after losing weight and finally seeing results that I’ve always wanted. The online program with his app kept me organized. It’s easy to take anywhere even at home when I couldn’t hit the gym he gave me workouts to do. For lack of better terms, Kyler kept it real, always was a friend before a coach but knew when to flip the switch and do what he has to do to push me and mentor me on my fitness and mental health. I was finally able to lose weight and learn to take care of my body. I still struggle everyday with the eating due to the environment I’m in but he keeps me on my toes, and his words stay with me everyday.. I can go out more, being more confident, my relationships and friendships changed and evolved from this. Just being comfortable in your own skin changes you. Mental stability appears after physical renovation. Before I just did exercises for an hour to see results, I was always the “shy” one with women or going out I wasn’t as confident, now I actually go to the gym and get a good workout in that’s meant for me, my body and goals. I came to Kyler to lose fat, get in better shape and feel better. I found him through a referral from friend that worked with him. He helped push me in the gym, held me accountable, and helped me change my diet completely. The Training app helps me mostly when I’m out of town, I travel and always have a workout to do, no matter what equipment is available, he had a workout ready. The food app and meal plan helps me everyday. Kyler always has a plan and a goal for me, beyond what I could see for myself. Whether its a goal or plan for the gym that week or a life goal outside of the gym or meal plan, hes always changing things, trying new things and keeps it interesting and fun. Of course my body looks completely different, but everything feels better: my skin, my energy levels, my confidence. As far as my life outside of training, it’s made me more confident and ultimately happier. He Holds me accountable to BE in the gym, and having fun while I’m there. I used to hate it, now I have fun when I’m there no matter how hard it is. And when I haven’t trained in a few days I actually WANT to workout, i have an urge to go. That’s a complete turn around for me. I was insecure about my body and always felt guilty for not being in the gym. It’s going to be hard as hell everyday, but anything that’s not hard, usually isn’t worth it. I would never thought I’d be where I am 6 months ago. I understand people’s passion around fitness now. But you’ll never know about that passion until you push yourself and find out. I read the testimonials, and it was convinced., I talk to Kyler on the phone, once I met him and could tell how devoted he is to this it’s contagious. Before, I met him I’m not even sure what my goals were or where I wanted to take this. Sharing IG, testimonials, etc is what drew me in and I think will help others even when they aren’t sure about what they want.
